Terms of Service
1. Upon Subscription of services you will be required to continue Payment on the First(1) day of each month Following.
2. After the Fourth(4) Day with No Payment the Account will be Subject to a Late fee of $5.00 at the Owners Expense.
3. If Payment is not Recieved by the Seventh(7) Day from when your Subscription was Due than Your Account will go into Suspension, And the Late Fee of $5.00 Will Still Apply.
4. A Suspended Account Will Remain in Suspension for a maximum of Fourteen(14) days.
5. After the Fourteenth(14) day of Suspension the Account will than belong to Impact Connections and will be Permanently Terminated and all files will be deleted, If Reinstatement is Requested after the Fourteenth(14) Day a Reconnection Fee of $5.00 Will Apply.
6. All Support Issues must be Submitted using the integrated Help Desk to the respective Department Support is required in.
7. Please Respect our staff Members we Will not Tolerate Abusive Behaviour towards any Staff Member.
8. Impact - Connections Holds all Rights to all Subscriptions at all Times.
9. Impact - Connections can Suspend,Change or cancel any Subscription set up at any time with little or no warnings.
10. All Information Submitted to Impact - Connections will Stay at Impact - Connections. We will NOT share your Information with anyone Else.
11. Impact - Connections Offer's a 7 Day money back Gaurantee on Web Hosting and Teamspeak Servers. After Which Time No Money Back Gaurantee or Refunds Will Be Issued.
12. In order to recieve the free support we Request that a small installed and hosted by block be kept in the top left corner to show your thanks for the support and great Hosting.
13. For all Free Impact Sub Domains they may NOT Include any type of Web or Voice Server hosting Site or Your Account will be Suspended / Terminated unless you hold a reseller Account.
14. No Type of Gambling or Adult Entertainment Site will be Permitted on our Servers at any time, If Found account will be Terminated Instanly Upon Finding the Said Violation with no Refund of money.
15. Impact - Connections Can Not be Held Responsible for any type of file changes that reverts the site to an unusable state.
16. If the Customer can not state what File was changed and where and the problem can not be Fixed and the Site Needs to be Reloaded a $5.00 Fee can be Implemented for Service to Reinstall all Files for the site.
17. We at Impact Connections Can Only Take Requests From People tha are listed in your Client area as another Contact for your Services if they are not Listed NO Support What So Ever will be Given.
